Frequently Asked Questions
- Why can I not order just 1 bed or accessory.
To help keep our prices low, we must ship at least 2 or more of each item to cover S&H
and other expenses.
- What if I want to order more than 10?
Contact us or phone 1-800-485-1029 for a quote of more that 10 items.
- How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE. However, we do not ship out of the United States or to Alaska or Hawaii.
- How long does it take for delivery?
We strive to have your beds delivered within 1-3 weeks.
- How is my order shipped?
It will be shipped out by U.P.S. or a major LTL Freight Carrier for larger items. If shipped by LTL, then it will be curbside delivery. If you live in a remote area and the freight company cannot deliver to you, then you may be required to meet the driver at a determined location to pick up your order.
- Where will my order be shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our factory in Alabama.
- What if there is damage?
All damage must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery. Freight damaged items so noted will be replaced at no charge or a full refund will be issued to you.. Please notify us by phone or e-mail of any damage as soon as possible so we can immediately initiate the replacement process. IMPORTANT: If there is concealed damage to the product (e.g. cartons look in good condition, but product is damaged inside box and no damage is reported on freight bill) we may require you to send photos of the damage. You are responsible for verifying the condition of your merchandise upon receipt. Please inspect it carefully. To protect yourself if you receive damaged merchandise, always keep the shipping cartons until your claim has been acknowledged and settled.
- Can I get a guaranteed delivery date?
Unfortunately the freight companies do not offer a "guaranteed delivery" service, so we are unable to offer this service to our customers.
- Can I get inside delivery?
As with guaranteed deliveries, we are also not able to offer an inside delivery option, however, we have found that sometimes if you tip the driver, he will often help carry the beds inside. It would be a good idea if you had someone to help you carry the boxes inside.
- Do you offer installation services?
We cannot offer installation , however, most beds are quite easy to assemble.
